The hotel was impeccably clean and staff were all amicable. The breakfast was satisfactory, the room was spacious with a view. The location was particularly good in the centre. Had tea and goodies at Sushita Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the venue. The whole experience was such great.

The family queen room we stayed in was exceptionally clean with a view. Comfortable and incredible location to the centre of Madrid made it easy to get to key attractions.

Shame the bathroom was smelly.

The location is convenient, especially for business travelers in Leganes. Furthermore, the hotel is close to the Madrid Metro and the new Madrid Festival Centre, making it ideal for attending events such as the Mad Cool festival and concerts like Harry Styles.

The staff at the hotel made me feel like they were family, and nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was good with lots of options. Close to a metro station, the location was favourable and convenient, in Parquesur Shopping center in Leganes. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Fuente de Grecia.

I chose this hotel for a convention and it provided a convenient location in the south of Madrid. The facilities were clean, and I had a comfortable sleep in the spacious room. The hotel staff was helpful, and the WiFi connection was reliable. a pleasant stay for business purposes.

The one service that I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been helpful to have these amenities available on-site.

The room rate was quite expensive compared to other nearby hotels. there was no facility to order any food or drinks after breakfast, and there was no coffee maker machine in the rooms.
